Today the 12th of June is the birthday of beautiful and sexy Nollywood actress Halima Abubakar. The Kano born actress stormed into the Nollywood scene thirteen years ago and has featured in over 50 movies since then.

The Bayero University graduate who has a degree in Sociology also has lots of accolades in her name. Halima won City people’s Best actress 2011,The Afro Hollywood award in London as best supporting actress, Actors Guild Icons Award, Global leadership award, and a nomination from Best of Nollywood awards, Best actress HITV Seasoned award, and recently bagged the best actress award at The Eminent award powered by News Of The People.
Halima has featured in movies like Scarlet Woman, Love Alone, Hunted Love, Slip of Fate and so many others.
